By accessing SchoolMasy (schoolmasy.com and related apps), you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.
The service
SchoolMasy provides multi-tenant school management software. Features may include admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, transport, HR, messaging integrations, and related modules. Availability of modules depends on your subscription and configuration.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep credentials confidential. Do not misuse the service, probe security, spam messaging channels, or process data unlawfully. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for obtaining any consents required for student and guardian communications (including WhatsApp).
Third-party services
Optional integrations (payments, WhatsApp via Meta, email providers, maps) are governed by those providers' terms in addition to ours.

The service is provided "as is" within commercially reasonable efforts. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from school operations decisions based on the software.
