User Data Deletion

Meta apps must provide a way for users to request deletion of data obtained through Facebook Login or related Meta products. SchoolMasy also supports deletion requests for platform accounts.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@schoolmasy.com from the email address associated with your account (or the Facebook email used to authorize the app).
2. Subject line: Data deletion request
3. Include: your full name, school or organization name (if any), and App ID 1686999279020628 if the request relates to Meta Login / WhatsApp Embedded Signup.

What we delete

We delete or anonymize personal account data under our control within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate school records that the school (as data controller) must keep. Student academic records may remain with the school until the school requests removal.

Confirmation

We will reply with a confirmation and a reference ID for your request. If we cannot fully delete something (for example, invoices required for audit), we will explain what is retained and why.
